Michael has 40 years of experience in the energy infrastructure space, having previously worked as a Partner at Midstream Capital, CEO at Quantum Utility Generation and MD at Oaktree Capital Management and Partner at Highstar Capital. Michael is currently a board member at GH Power and Senior Advisor at Entoro Capital.
Matt Borski, Chief Financial Officer
Matt has more than 30 years of experience in tax and accounting, having previously worked as Controller at 547 Energy, VP and Chief Accounting Officer at Quantum Utility Generation, and VP of Finance at Montrose Environmental Group.
Gus Sambrano, Engineering & Technical Lead
Gus has more than 30 years of experience building and operating energy projects. His experience includes serving as Director of Engineering & Construction at Intergen, Controls-Commission & Project Build Engineer at Bechtel Construction, Manager of Project Engineering at Advanced Power and a US Navy Engineering Officer.
